Any kind of exaggeration and personal comment would be an insult to the decades long struggle of these women who lost their growing years in satisfying the sexual needs of some sex maniacs.

Yes you read it right, comfort women comprises of young Korean girls Imperial Japanese Army abducted during the second world war for sexual pleasure.

Consent was again just a seven letter word which meant nothing over here like it does in most of the cases.

The woman in the picture, KIM BOK DONG is in her nineties at present but she was just a teenager when she got exposed to such a horrific act.

She was taken with the word of being given employment  but not in her wildest nightmares she would have thought about this kind of employment.

There were hundreds other with her, experiencing this hell day and night.

The physical active love was so brutal that she even lost the sense of her lower body.

Anyhow she managed to keep herself alive and returned to her family whereby not a single soul was aware about her painful past few years. Even her mother was ignorant about the issue.

Finally she came out to her mother and since then she is been fighting to get the Japanese authority to apologize.

Yes, all she is asking for is a legal apology and not any kind of compensation anywhere, which also is undoable for Japan.

Reading and watching about this left me devastated. Korea which has recently come to the limelight with all their kpop, must be having such stories to tell was out of my knowledge.

Being a woman and a media student prompts me to shout out loud for these women.

Asians countries are equally sharing the grief of the rest of the world but I don't know how it goes unnoticed.

All I feel and want is this lady(the only survivior in korea) can see the sun shine brighter tomorrow and laugh a little louder.
